MAPh X Artist photography auction fundraiser

Hosted by James Makin Gallery, 89 Islington St, Collingwood
Thursday 27 March (6pm for 7pm auction).

EastLink is a supporter of the Museum of Australian Photography (MAPh) in Wheelers Hill.

The Museum of Australian Photography (MAPh), in Wheelers Hill, is Australia’s leading public art museum devoted to the collection and exhibition of photography. Be a part of its upcoming photography auction — one of the most exciting events on the arts scene!

MAPh has joined forces with its artists to create a unique auction where the artists and museum share equally in the sale proceeds, giving buyers the opportunity to have a direct impact on artists and their practice.

There is a stunning selection of photographic works by leading contemporary Australian artists including Brook Andrew, Petrina Hicks, Amos Gebhardt, the Huxleys and so many more.

Funds raised through the sale of artworks in this auction will help shape the future of photography in Australia by supporting MAPh's exhibition program, artists and their creative practice.
