Important reminders for EastLink account holders

Every time you login, check that the vehicles listed on your account are up to date:

• If you don’t remove a vehicle that has been sold, you could be paying for the new owner’s tolls.

• If you don’t add a new vehicle, you could receive toll invoices with additional fees.

If you rent a vehicle we recommend participating in the rental company’s toll payment program. If you instead choose to add a rental vehicle to your EastLink account, you must do so prior to any tollway travel. Check with the rental company.

Always ensure that the class of the tag fitted in any vehicle is exactly the same class as the vehicle. The class of the tag is printed on each tag: CAR = Car, LCV = Light Commercial Vehicle, and HCV = Heavy Commercial Vehicle.

The Minimum Annual Tag Usage Amount is $31.12 in EastLink tolls for each LCV tag and each HCV tag. This amount also applies to each Car tag issued to post-paid business accounts. The Minimum Annual Tag Usage Amount does not apply to Car tags issued to pre-paid accounts. More details about fees.
