Whistleblower Policy

We are committed to fostering a culture of corporate compliance, ethical behaviour and good corporate governance and in which a whistleblower can raise concerns about unacceptable conduct on reasonable grounds without fear of reprisal.

The Whistleblower Policy applies to:

• ConnectEast directors and employees, including past employees;

• ConnectEast contractors and suppliers and their employees;

• Family members of any of the above; and

• Anyone falling into the definition of ‘Eligible Whistleblower’ under this policy.
