EastLink sponsors Spring Festival

The 2023 Whitehorse City Council Spring Festival theme, Let’s Play, celebrates our community coming together and having fun through play. Come along to this free event for all ages and explore over 80 stalls our wonderful community has to offer. Enjoy rides, activities, face painting, and an exciting mix of live music and dancing with local artists and community groups performing across multiple stages.
