This artwork is Alison Tedesco's winning piece in Frankston Arts Centre's Cover Art Competition. Frankston-based, Alison has spent the last decade capturing urban landscapes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, an Artist Project Grant from Frankston City Council allowed her to explore Frankston's unique scenery, transforming select locations into captivating works on paper. In 2024, Alison won the Frankston Rotary Art Prize for best watercolour.
