Business Account Application

We will require a company director to provide the electronic signature to authorise the opening of the EastLink account and to accept the terms and conditions that apply to it.

After your account application has been submitted:

If you are a company director we will send you an email requesting your electronic signature.

If you are not a company director we will send you an email to request the contact details of a company director, so that we can contact them directly to request their electronic signature.

You will be responsible for managing the EastLink account. Tags, invoices and other notices will be sent to you. By completing this form, you confirm that you have the authority to apply for, and manage an EastLink account on behalf of the organisation specified above.
Statements will be sent to this email address
This address will be used for postal delivery of tags.
Tags will NOT be posted to this address.
Specify each of the vehicles that you want added to the EastLink account and note which vehicles require a tag.
If you have more than five vehicles, create a pdf or jpg/jpeg/png image with the following information listed for each vehicle and upload it here. (For cyber security reasons we don’t accept Word documents or Excel spreadsheets. However, you can Save As pdf and upload that.)
Monthly invoices for the EastLink account will be charged automatically to the following account via Direct Debit. Once your EastLink account is set up, you can change this to a debit or credit card by logging into the account at the EastLink website and changing payment details.
