Note: For the first three years of EastLink operations up to and including the 2nd quarter 2011, ambient air quality monitoring was conducted to demonstrate that EastLink was not negatively impacting the local air environment. EPA Victoria granted approval to discontinue the monitoring of ambient air quality.
